PATCH TESTING. WHAT IS IT AND WHY ? 

A patch test is a dot of colour placed behind the ear at least 48 hours before an appointment to see if you have an allergic reaction. It is a legal requirement before any colour treatment to keep clients safe. A reaction to a patch test can be anything from faint redness to severe itchiness and you must inform us if this happens (there may be an alternative product we can use)

WHAT ARE BABYLIGHTS ?

Babylights are very thin highlights sprinkled throughout your hair to give subtle sun kissed affect while keeping some off the natural hair without being stripey

WHAT IS BALAYAGE ?

Free hand painting with colour to create more natural blended lighter hair

WHAT IS A ROOT SHADOW ?

After lightning a darker shadow colour is applied directly to the roots giving a seamless low maintenance 

contrast 

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY ?

We kindly ask you give at least 48 hours notice to rearrange or cancel an appointment otherwise your deposit will be non refundable

DO YOU TAKE A DEPOSIT ?

We take a £10 per service deposit. eg. 1/2 head Balayage, Olaplex and Cut & Finish would be a £30 deposit

PRE APPOINTMENT CONSULTATION 

Once a booking is placed we will send you our electronic visionary consultation form to fill out prior to an appointment, where you can add pictures of your hair currently or your ideal look. This enables our stylists to get to know your hair before you walk through the door

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHALL I BOOK ?

We recommend 2 months in advance to get your ideal slot. Some of our clients like to book a full year worth of appointments to avoid not being able to get in

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT ?

We accept all major cards including amex as well as cash. Please note we only offer email receipts

CAN I WORK WHILE HAVING MY HAIR DONE ?

Yes ! We have wifi and our sections accommodate for laptops where we also have usb points. Just let your stylist know so we don't interrupt

 

WHAT MAKES PROFESSIONAL HAIRCARE PRODUCTS BETTER ?

Typically professional products don't cause damage as they have more vitamins, oils and minerals that are not watered down or contain harmful chemicals

After lightning a toner (semi permanent colour) is placed on wet hair to add any tone wether its ash, gold or copper. This enhances the tones and shine on the hair
