Team News We’re Celebrating 🤍

We’re thrilled to share some very special moments from our Piper Violet family.

First, the biggest congratulations to Leanne, who welcomed her beautiful baby boy Rían. Both mum and baby are doing wonderfully, and we couldn’t be happier for her as she begins this exciting new chapter.

We’re also incredibly proud of Alex and Jade, who are stepping onto an even bigger stage by entering L’Oréal ID Artist. This is a huge achievement and a testament to their creativity, commitment to education and passion for pushing boundaries in hair.

Awards season is back too… and yes, we’ve entered the British Hairdressing Business Awards again this year, submitting across five categories. A special mention goes to Danni, our Senior Stylist, who has been entered for Salon Stylist of the Year. After being BHBA finalists for the past two years, we’re keeping everything crossed that we make it through to at least one final 🤞 watch this space.

A Fresh Space for a Fresh Year

Over the festive break, our salon had a little glow-up of its own. A huge thank you to our incredible decorators and builders who worked tirelessly over Christmas to bring our vision to life.

And of course, Becky deserves a special mention for her interior design flair. Who knew she had a crystal ball? Perfectly predicting the Pantone Colour of the Year, “Cloud Dancer”, our space now feels calm, elevated and beautifully aligned with what’s coming next in hair.

We cannot wait for you to experience the transformation in person.

Unsurprisingly, we are completely obsessed with Pantone’s Cloud Dancer a soft, airy neutral that translates beautifully into hair. Think clean, creamy blondes, effortless luxury and light-reflective finishes.

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes refining our blonde work, and with L’Oréal’s newest toner additions – 10.21 and 10.82 – we’re able to create ivory-pearl blondes that deliver exceptional shine, conditioning and tonal perfection. These shades are designed to elevate blondes while keeping hair feeling healthy and luminous.

Styles to Watch

The bob isn’t going anywhere but it is evolving. We’re predicting softer silhouettes, cooler lengths and more movement. Think volume, feminine textures and effortless styling that feels modern yet wearable.
