Co-founders Becky and Jo launched Piper Violet Hair four years ago after spending over 20 years at Charles Worthington. Their experience includes creating looks for the BAFTAs and London Fashion Week while building a loyal following of high-end guests and celebrities who travel from around the world to visit them in Twickenham.
At Piper Violet Hair, a culture of learning and growth is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to investing in exceptional education—both internally and externally—through our industry partners, including L’Oréal, Maria Nila, Olaplex, and Ghd.

Irish, positive, and always on the go—Jo is a busy mum to Piper and the honorary “mummy” of the salon.
With over 28 years of industry experience, a L’Oréal Colour Degree, and a strong educational background, she’s the mastermind behind trends, collections, and all things creative.

Senior stylist
Danni gets curls—because she’s lived the curly hair journey herself! Whether it’s natural texture, bouncy curls, or bold, vivid colour, she knows how to bring hair to life.
Her consultations are next-level, and her customer service is just as standout—so if you want a spot in her chair, book well in advance!
Trained in-house at Piper Violet Hair, she’s grown into a total powerhouse, refining her craft with education from Vidal Sassoon and Not Another Academy.
Alex
New Talent Stylist
Blondes are her thing, and there’s nowhere Alex is happier than deep in the zone, foiling away!
A graduate of our Piper Violet on the floor accelerator programme , she’s honed her skills in men’s haircuts and extensions while becoming a go-to for bright, beautiful blondes.
Beyond the chair, she’s the salon’s social queen, always bringing the fun, laughter, and good vibes to the team.
Jade
New Talent Stylist
Calm, chill, and all about the zen—Jade brings a laidback yet focused approach to hair.
Known for her beautiful blow-dries and obsession with optimum hair condition, she’s thorough, thoughtful, and always striving to grow in her career. Trained through the Carolyn Collection and skilled in smoothing treatments, Jade is constantly learning from the directors to refine her craft.
She’s all about helping clients achieve effortless, healthy hair with a relaxed yet polished finish.
Leanne
Personal Assistant to Directors
Busy Boy mum to Shae, Leanne is loved by clients for her approachable, accommodating nature—ensuring everyone gets in when they need it.
As the organisation queen, she keeps everything running smoothly, from managing the booking system to building business partnerships and handling socials.
Leanne’s behind-the-scenes magic is key to the salon’s success, delivering exceptional service and keeping the pace of our busy salon on track.
